• Hatha Flow Yoga

    This class will link breath with yoga postures in a flowing sequence to create warmth in the body. With regular practice you will gain flexibility, strength, improved balance and better mobility.   All levels are welcome and no experience is necessary. Please bring any props you have or enjoy using, as well as a water bottle and your own mat.  $10 per class when registering for all 7 Thursdays.
