Permitted Use-
Members may film or photograph themselves for personal use, training review, or social media content.
– Handheld devices and small personal tripods are permitted when used responsibly.
Restrictions
Members must make every effort to avoid capturing other members, guests, or staff in their recordings.
Filming another person without their consent is prohibited.
-Recording staff interactions, disputes, or private conversations without permission is not allowed.
Large tripods, lighting setups, or equipment that obstruct walkways or machines are not permitted.
Filming may not interfere with another member’s workout, comfort, or access to equipment.
Commercial filming, advertising, or professional content creation requires prior written approval from management.
Staff Authority
Staff reserve the right to ask any member to stop filming if it creates disruption, privacy concerns, or safety issues.
Failure to comply with staff direction may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Privacy & Respect
All members are expected to respect the privacy of others. The gym is a shared environment, and personal content creation must not come at the expense of another member’s comfort.
Enforcement
