A member can log into the Member’s App after they sign up for a new membership, when we manually send you an invite, or when you use your Access Code.

Once signed up, you will be prompted to install the Member’s App on to your Home Screen.

* If the member does not install the app, they can still access the Member’s App by using this link members.gyminsight.com

When a member signs up for a new membership, you will receive an email invite to the Member’s App. You will click on the “Create Member Login” button to begin the registration process. This also applies to when we manually send you the invite or give you the Sign Up link.

You will enter in your information to create your login for the Member’s App.

When registration is complete, the member will be taken to the Member’s App where they can make and edit class reservations, edit their account information, and access their Digital Keytag . The member will then have the option to install the Member’s App on their phone’s Home Screen for easy access. 

The member will also be prompted to install the Member’s App on to their Home Screen.

When a member uses the Access Code to log in, you will need to use this link members.gyminsight.com/join

They will enter their Access Code and click verify. 

The member will enter in their information to create their login for the Member’s App.
