Making a Class Reservation
When the member is logged into the Member’s App they can access the class calendar and see their current and past reservations.
These examples below show what the Member’s App looks like without Digital Keytags and with Digital Keytags.
The member will tap “Find A Class” to access the class calendar and choose a class.
The member will be able to search for classes in the class calendar. They can use the arrows to scroll through the weeks and months and even filter their search.
The search can be filtered by Status, Class, Instructor, Availability, or Price
Once they decide what class they want, they will tap the class on the calendar and that will show the class details.
Click Add To Cart.
The member can checkout or view calendar to reserve more classes.
When the member is ready to checkout they will tap on the blue Checkout button. The Member’s App will charge the payment card on file or they can uncheck that box and pay with a different card. Then they will tap the green Pay button.
*Note! Only Primary Members can choose to pay with different card. Secondary Members will have to pay with the card on file. *
Payment confirmation will be given and the member will have the option to add the class to their Google Calendar. They can also view the class calendar again or view their reservations.
Canceling a Class Reservation
To cancel a class, the member will need to click on “My Reservations” in the Member’s App.
The member will tap the red Cancel button on the class they want to cancel.
Once the member confirms that they want to cancel the class, their credit card will be refunded.
